Code of Conduct; Reporting accidents; Complaints

As discussed at the AGM on 18 May 2023, please find below copies of the Code of Conduct and the Complaints guidance.

Any complaints will need to be submitted to the Committee via the complaints form (link below). However, please refer to the Complaints guidance for details of which complaints the Committee will consider for investigation.

Also discussed was the new accident form and we ask that all accidents are reported to the Committee using the form (link below). If you are planning to make a claim from the insurance provided as part of your England Netball membership, you will need to do that separately.
